We supply many of our products from ‘ship to shelf’. This means that we are in control from the moment we catch the fish until the time that the consumer buys it.

We recognise the importance of protecting marine ecosystems and supporting the long-term health of the oceans. Although we are not directly involved in fishing activities, we contribute to sustainability through responsible sourcing and careful supplier selection.

- Encouraging sourcing practices that help prevent overfishing and protect marine biodiversity
- Supporting transparency and traceability to ensure seafood originates from responsibly managed fisheries
- Promoting awareness of sustainable seafood practices within our supply chain
