Our commitment to sustainability and traceability is at the heart of our sourcing practices. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that our seafood is sourced responsibly and sustainably. We maintain strong connections with suppliers in Europe, however, we primarily source directly from Alaska, having the strongest connections there.
